PAPERLESS PRINTING

How does it work.

1. Open account with Voice Tech

2. Download our Paperless Print Driver.
   No changes are made to your software.

3. When it is time to print, select our
   Paperless Print Driver instead of your printer.

4. Our Paperless Print Driver will create your document
   and deliver it to your recipents Secure On-Line Mailbox.

5. An E-Mail will be sent to your recipent with a link
   to their Secure On-Line Mailbox

6. It is possible to incude a link on your invoice which
   allows allows the Customer to Pay By Online Transfer
   or Credit Card.

A report is avilable to you showing Customers who have
not picked up their documents and need a reminder.

If you have a Customer who wants a Printed Hard Copy Document
the system can send the Document to your local printer.

Cost is based on documents sent through the system plus a
monthly account activity fee.
