Perfect Voice® Office is the new Windows based unified messaging
system that enables you to visually manage all your methods of

Call Queuing
This option informs the caller that the extension is busy and how
many callers are holding. If the caller does not wish to hold, he
or she is given the option to leave a message or access another
extension. Perfect Voice also offers the ability to provide the
caller in queue advertising or other audio information while on
hold.
Directory Assistance
Directory listings help inbound callers quickly reach the correct
party in your company, and can be structured by
employee,department, or both.
Call processing
Information Bulletin Boards/Audiotext Allows you to create
information bulletin boards to dispense information or promote
your company's products or services. Management Reports System
provides over 20 different activity reports by user and channel.
Multi-Lingual
Perfect Voice allows non-English speaking Users and callers the
ability to interact with the system. A virtually unlimited number
of languages may be supported simultaneously.
Remote Support
Dial-up remote diagnostics allow certified technicians to quickly
make system changes and enhancements without interrupting call
processing.
Transaction Boxes
Single-digit multi-level menus may be easily constructed making
it perfect for routing caller traffic or linking audiotext.
Distribution Lists/Broadcasting
Enables user to send a message to members of a predefined group
list, such as members of the sales department. Keeps track of 10
confidential lists per user and accommodates an unlimited number
of "public" lists.
Direct to Message Box
This time-saving feature gives callers direct access to the
desired message box, eliminating the need to wait for an
extension to go unanswered before leaving a message.
Flexible Message Notification
The flexibility of Perfect Voice's notification feature makes it
compatible with almost any type of telephone system or service.
Methods of notification include message waiting lamps, E-Mail,
pager activation, calling an extension or calling external
telephone numbers.
Messaging
The Perfect Voice system accommodates an almost unlimited number
of users, as well as multiple message boxes per user, guest
message boxes, and fax mailboxes.
Message Carbon Copy
The Perfect Voice System Administrator may configure a User's
mailbox such that a copy of messages received by that User are
automatically sent to another User.
Message Delivery Options
Perfect Voice offers Users the ability to select message delivery
options such as future delivery, urgent messages and return
receipt.
Message Review & Record
A caller may easily review, re-record, cancel or send a message
with the ability to code it urgent or private.
Message Playback Control
During playback, users may pause, rewind or fast forward
messages. The user also has the option of choosing the order in
which messages are played, either last-in-first-out (LIFO) or
first-in-first-out (FIFO) order. These features give the user
control and flexibility when listening to messages.
Multiple Personal Greetings
Perfect Voice allows users to remotely record and revise up to
nine personal greetings.
Message Certification
Notifies a Perfect Voice user that a message sent to another user
has been heard.
Review Unheard Messages
A user can review or cancel a sent message that has not been
listened to. Summary Count and
Time/Date Stamp
Informs the user of the number of urgent, new, and saved messages
left by callers and identifies each one by the time and date it
was recorded and the senders name or caller ID if available.
