How does it work?

1. You rent a fax on demand telephone number from Voice Tech.
2. You organize the information and documents that will be in your fax on demand system for your callers to request. The information can be loaded into the system by faxing, file transfer, and scanning. The information can be updated as often as required by your personnel, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. Voice Tech records a script the callers hear identifying your company, and providing instructions.
4. The caller calls from their fax machine and requests your documents by document number.
5. The caller requests are instantly faxed to their fax machine. The caller pays for the long distance call (unless you provide an 800 number).

   Key Benefit

   You pay a fixed cost per month (as low as $75/month) for the fax on demand telephone number and capacity required for your callers.

   The caller MUST call from a fax machine.

2-Call fax on demand is when the caller may call a fax on demand system from any touch tone phone.

How Does It Work?

1. The caller enters their document selection and their fax machine number.
